What is Freelance

"To pursue a career or profession without being tied to one employer."

Many companies (and individuals) are finding that hiring a freelancer to do certain jobs is very cost effective for them. They save money since they do not have to pay for health insurance, taxes, workers comp and all the other costs associated with hiring a full-time (or part-time) employee.

Many of the people that are into freelancing online, may have started out as a professional writer, graphic artist, coding specialist, (just to name a few) and they decided to start their own freelancing business.

People do make money freelancing online and many of the areas are very competitive, but if you have the self-motivation, you may be able to find your success in this area.
